Silvia Solis Shaw
Silvia has over 7 years of experience in and around the Capitol. Starting out her Sacramento career as a legislative staffer in the State Assembly, she gained a comprehensive knowledge of the legislative process, including the state budget process. Silvia left the Capitol to serve as a legislative advocate for the City of Los Angeles and the Office of Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing the City’s legislative strategy. She brings this knowledge and experience to PPA’s clients.

Eileen Wenger Tutt
California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) Deputy Secretary EILEEN WENGER TUTT has joined the PPA team. Prior to her appointment by the Governor, Eileen worked for 10 years at the California Air Resources Board where she helped develop regulations and programs that put California at the forefront of environmental protection. Further, she was a member of the official California delegation at the United Nations Climate Summit in Copenhagen.

KATHRYN C. REES
Since 1976, associations, governments, and corporations have benefited from representation by Kathryn Rees.
